Paula Matyka
Paula has been practicing massage and bodywork since 2007 and specializes in the John Barnes approach to Myofascial Release. Her work is rooted in a deep understanding of how the body holds patterns—and how those patterns can shift when approached with patience, skill, and intention.
She has trained in a variety of modalities, including intraoral jaw work, and continues to deepen her practice through ongoing study, hands-on collaboration with other therapists, and advanced training in myofascial release.
Paula’s work is centered around helping clients understand what their body is actually doing—so lasting change becomes possible. She treats everyone who comes to her with the same care and attention she would offer to family.

Sandra Thompson
Sandra is a highly experienced massage therapist with 20 years of practice. Her work blends a strong clinical foundation with an intuitive, personalized approach—allowing her to meet each client exactly where they are.
She is trained in John Barnes’ Myofascial Release approach and has a background as a Physical Therapy Assistant, giving her a deep understanding of how the body moves, compensates, and heals.
Sandra is known for her thoughtful, grounded presence and her ability to deliver deeply therapeutic sessions—whether someone is seeking relief from chronic tension or simply needs space to reset and reconnect with their body.

Aurelia Martens
Myofascial Release Therapist and Massage TherapistAurelia was the 1st person to bring myofascial release to this area. She graduated from the humanities center of Tampa in 2002 with extensive training in Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage and Muscle Energy Technique.
Aside from her many years of experience, various certifications, and vast level of knowledge and skill, she is also a deeply caring person. She gives her best to all who have the pleasure of meeting her, and her attention to detail in session is unparalleled.
Lastly, it should be noted that she works with children and adults alike. Her patient and gentle nature makes her work with kids truly inspiring.
