My name is Paula Matyka. I'm the owner of Lovely Day Myofascial Release. I've been a licensed bodyworker since 2007. Driven by a passion for learning, I attend many seminars and continue my education regularly through books and study groups with educators from a variety of fields. I specialize in John Barnes Myofascial Release. My treatments are comprehensive, intuitive, and integrative so that you not only get the best of all my training, but more importantly, results that last.

My name is Aurelia Martens. From a young age, my grandmother, midwife and massage therapist to all the women in our small village in the Philippines, taught me holistic ways to help and heal others.

Here in the US I studied integrative Neuromuscular therapy at The Humanities Center in Tampa in 2002. During this comprehensive training I received certifications in Myofascial Release for both adults and pediatric care, Trigger point therapy, Muscle Energy technique and much more.

Never forgetting the ancient wisdom my foremothers taught me, my holistic bodywork addresses more than just symptomatic pain. I feel called to help others heal in all aspects of health; mind, body, and spirit.
