You’re already someone who pays attention to your body

You notice when something feels off.
You can sense when something isn’t quite right—even if you can’t fully explain it yet.

Whether you’ve been dealing with something new…
or something that’s been going on for years…

Your body is still asking for something more.

And maybe along the way you’ve heard things like:
“It’s just stress”
“It’s part of getting older”
“Everything looks fine”

…but something in you knows your body is capable of more.

You’re not wrong for feeling that.
And you’re not imagining it.

There’s a deeper pattern your body is holding—
and when we start working with that, things can shift in a completely different way.

This work isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about helping your body finally do what it’s been trying to do all along.

Welcome

In this video you’ll meet Paula Matyka, the owner/founder of Lovely Day Myofascial Release, and learn a little about what we do and how we can help you get out of pain.

Myofascial Release (MFR) is a gentle, hands-on therapy that relieves pain and restores mobility by releasing tension in the fascia—the connective tissue surrounding your muscles, nerves, and organs. Restrictions in the fascia, caused by trauma, surgery, or inflammation, can create pressure on pain-sensitive structures, often leading to chronic pain and limited movement.

Unlike treatments that only mask symptoms, MFR targets the root cause for lasting relief and improved well-being.

Common conditions MFR can help with:

  • Neck & back pain

  • Sciatica & nerve compression

  • Scoliosis & posture imbalances

  • Fibromyalgia & chronic fatigue

  • Joint pain & arthritis

  • TMJ & jaw pain

  • Scar tissue restrictions

  • And more!

This is how we begin working with those deeper patterns in the body.

Meet Paula, founder of Lovely Day Myofascial Release

With 19 years of experience in massage and bodywork, Paula Matyka discovered the life-changing power of myofascial release (MFR) in 2021. Her journey into holistic healing was inspired by her mother’s experience with chronic pain after a life-altering accident. After studying numerous therapeutic techniques, Paula found MFR to be the key to unlocking deep restrictions and lasting relief—for both her clients and herself. Now, she’s dedicated to helping others find hope and freedom from pain.

Today, Lovely Day has grown into a collaborative space, with a small team of practitioners who share the same thoughtful, individualized approach to care.
