Paula Matyka
Founder, Myofascial Release & Massage Therapist
Paula has been practicing massage and bodywork since 2007 and specializes in the John Barnes approach to Myofascial Release. Her work is rooted in a deep understanding of how the body holds patterns—and how those patterns can shift when approached with patience, skill, and intention.
She has trained in a variety of modalities, including intraoral jaw work, and continues to deepen her practice through ongoing study, hands-on collaboration with other therapists, and advanced training in myofascial release.
Paula’s work is centered around helping clients understand what their body is actually doing—so lasting change becomes possible. She treats everyone who comes to her with the same care and attention she would offer to family.
